Terms of service
Lidarro gives you tools and data for business conversations with companies on the Russian market. In self-service mode you decide whom to contact and what to say, and you are responsible for it. If you order our done-for-you service, we do everything ourselves and take on the financial risks, including fines. Done-for-you pricing is individual.
Market
Lidarro works on the Russian market under Russian law only. It is not designed for the European market, which has its own rules (GDPR and national laws), and these terms do not cover it.
1. Subject
Индивидуальный предприниматель Червинский Виктор Денисович (INN 253812919295, OGRNIP 326253600040531) provides access to an online service for finding information about companies registered in Russia from public sources, contact details published by companies on their websites, and exporting the results. The service is for legal entities and sole proprietors only. In self-service mode the service sends emails only from mailboxes the user connected and only on the user's command; the user is the sender and chooses recipients and content, and confirms a lawful basis before each campaign. For recipient data the user is the data controller and the operator processes it on the user's instructions.
2. Trial, plans and credits
New users get a trial period and starting credits. Credits are an internal unit, are not money, are charged per result and cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. Payment
Payments are processed by YooKassa. Receipts are sent by email under Russian law 54-FZ.
4. Acceptable use
Users must comply with Russian law, including 38-FZ “On Advertising” and 152-FZ “On Personal Data”, and the Anti-spam policy. Access may be suspended for violations.
5. Liability in self-service mode
Data comes from public sources and is provided “as is”. The user chooses recipients and content and is solely responsible for how results are used, including fines and third-party claims, and indemnifies the operator for any such losses (Art. 406.1 of the Russian Civil Code). The assistant's answers are for information only and are not legal advice.
6. Done-for-you
Under a separate order the operator does the whole job, from building the list to handing over leads, and covers the user's losses (fines, upheld third-party claims, reasonable legal costs) arising from the operator's own actions within the agreed order. Pricing depends on the niche, lead value and volume; contact us for a quote. The Russian version of these terms prevails.
