How to find a Russian company's email address
Most Russian companies publish at least one email: on their website, in map directories or in register filings.
Where to look
- Website - Contacts (Контакты), About (О компании), Requisites (Реквизиты) pages and the footer.
- 2GIS and Yandex Maps cards.
- State register data - some filings include a contact email.
Which address to pick
- Sales or procurement addresses for commercial topics.
- A general info@ if nothing specific exists.
- Avoid accounting and HR addresses for sales emails.
Lidarro does this automatically and ranks addresses by department. You pay only when an email is found.
